A user is any person in your organization who uses technology — an employee with a computer, laptop, or work phone. We count active users, not devices, so if an employee has both a laptop and a desktop it is still one user.
2Does hardware cost extra?
Yes — hardware (computers, phones, switches, access points) is quoted separately. Our monthly per-user rate covers all labor, licensing, software, and management. We can also procure hardware on your behalf, often at better pricing than retail.
3Can I mix tiers across my team?
Yes. If some users need full compliance services and others only need core managed IT, we can accommodate mixed deployments. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
4What is the minimum commitment?
We offer monthly billing with no long-term contract required. Most clients stay with us for years — not because they are locked in, but because they do not want to leave. We earn your business every month.
5Is Microsoft 365 licensing really included?
Yes. Microsoft 365 Business Premium licensing is bundled into every tier at no additional charge. We purchase it on your behalf as an authorized Microsoft Reseller — often at the same or better pricing than going direct.
6What if I need something not on the plan?
The plans cover day-to-day managed IT. For specialized projects — office moves, new location buildouts, infrastructure upgrades — we quote those separately. Everything is transparent and discussed before any work begins.
